How do I sell Royal Doulton?
Question
I have an entire set of discontinued royal doulton dinnerware, including the service set. I would like to know if anyone can help me figure out how to sell them. I am pretty clueless as to how to get their max value.
Answer
Have you tried E-Bay? You can put a reserve amount on the bidding and if you don't get a high enough bid, then you just try again another time. That way you know you'll get a certain amount for them.
You may also think about having them appraised so you know what they are truly worth. If they are worth a good bit then you could pursue auctioning them off at an antiques auction.
Good Luck!
What websites can I use to find a pattern on a Royal Doulton soup bowl?
Question
I have a Royal Doulton Flat rimmed soup bowl, pattern number H3353. I need to know the pattern name.
Either if some very nice person could find out for me, or give me a website that does this sort of thing.
Either way, I'm most grateful for your suggestions.

What do you know about this Royal Doulton plate?
Question
White oval measuring 7 1/2" long and 5 1/2" at its widest. In the center is an illustration of (I think) a Scottish castle. It appears to have the yellow/red and blue/white Scotland flags flying on a building to the right. Wrought iron gates in the front with a guard in red/black attire. Royal Doulton backstamp includes lion atop a crown, Made in England, ROYAL DOULTON, England, Bone China... to the right of the crown is a 5 - I'm thinking it's from 1932. Can anyone shed any light on this beauty? I do have a photo if you'd like to see it. **** PLEASE do not reply to seek assistance at Replacements Ltd. I DID sent an inquiry and have not received anything in return!!! I have searched the internet as well, and cannot find any castle (not just from Scotland!) that resembles the illustration on this plate.***
